Section 49-4-306 - Department of justice to publicize permit(1) The department of justice shall publicize the provisions of 49-4-301 through 49-4-305 in a manner designed to inform those eligible for a disability parking permit.(2) The department of justice shall budget sufficient funds to accomplish the requirements of subsection (1).Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 390,Sec. 8, eff. 10/1/2021.En.
