Section 44-5-506 - Participating agencies(1) Agencies eligible for participation in the section are: (a) municipal police departments;(b) sheriff's offices; and(c) sections of the department of justice engaged in criminal investigation.(2) A participant in the section must be an eligible agency that has been authorized by the attorney general to receive criminal intelligence information from the section under this part.En.
