Section 44-2-302 - Powers of attorney generalIn order to operate the criminal justice information network, the attorney general, within the framework of any funds budgeted or collected from participating agencies, is authorized to:
(1) purchase, lease, or otherwise acquire facilities and equipment necessary to accomplish the purposes of this part; and(2) employ personnel as may be necessary to operate the network.Amended by Laws 2013, Ch. 5, Sec. 2, eff. 10/1/2013.En.
