Section 44-1-110 - Highway patrol administration state special revenue account(1) There is an account in the state special revenue fund established by 17-2-102 to be known as the highway patrol administration account.(2) Funds directed to the account by 15-70-403(2)(b) and (3)(b) must be deposited in the account.Amended by Laws 2017, Ch. 416,Sec. 11, eff. 7/1/2017.Added by Laws 2017, Ch. 384,Sec. 5, eff. 7/1/2017.
