Section 41-5-125 - Confidentiality of youth placement committee meetings and records(1) Meetings of a youth placement committee are closed to the public to protect a youth's right to individual privacy.(2) Information presented to the committee about a youth and committee records are confidential and subject to confidentiality requirements established by the court.Amended by Laws 2019, Ch. 344,Sec. 7, eff. 7/1/2019.En.
