Section 41-3-1208 - Office of child and family ombudsman established(1) There is an office of the child and family ombudsman within the department of justice provided for in 2-15-2001.(2) The attorney general shall appoint a person who is a resident of this state and is qualified by training and experience to perform the duties of the ombudsman.Added by Laws 2015, Ch. 354, Sec. 1, eff. 7/1/2015.
