Mont. Code § 40-7-316
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
At the request of a prosecutor acting under 40-7-315, a law enforcement officer may take any lawful action reasonably necessary to locate a child or a party and to assist a prosecutor with responsibilities under 40-7-315.
