Section 40-16-124 - Appeal(1) An appeal may be taken under this part from: (a) an order confirming or denying confirmation of an award;(b) an order correcting an award;(c) an order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or(2) An appeal under this section may be taken as from an order or a judgment in a civil action.Added by Laws 2021, Ch. 32,Sec. 24, eff. 10/1/2021.
