Mont. Code § 37-7-1505

Patient information that is collected, recorded, transmitted, and stored for the registry is protected and may not be disclosed except as allowed in 37-7-1506. The board shall adopt rules to protect the confidentiality of the registry and to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to the registry.
