Section 37-69-401 - Medical gas piping installation endorsement(1) A medical gas piping installation endorsement entitles the holder to install pipe used solely for transporting gases used for medical purposes.(2) To be eligible for endorsement under this section, a person must meet all requirements for endorsements established by the board by rule.(3) A person with a valid medical gas piping installation endorsement from another state may install medical gas piping in this state.(4) The board shall by rule establish the requirements for obtaining a medical gas piping installation endorsement.En.
