Section 37-40-203 - Rulemaking power(1) The department may adopt rules, consistent with the purposes of this chapter, as it considers necessary.(2) The department shall adopt rules: (a) governing educational equivalency requirements, as provided in 37-40-302, for registration of sanitarians; and(b) defining qualifications for sanitarian-in-training status for issuance of the initial permit.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 484,Sec. 3, eff. 10/1/2023.En. 69-3418 by Sec. 9, Ch. 314, L. 1974; R.C.M. 1947, 69-3418(1), (3); amd.
