Section 37-3-805 - Visits - charges(1) Physicians or health care facilities may refer medicare or medicaid patients to the health corps program.(2) A health corps member may make home visitations to eligible individuals for the purpose of providing health care to the individuals.(3) A health corps member may charge $10 for a patient contact or visit and may submit a charge to medicare or medicaid.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 705,Sec. 6, eff. 7/1/2023, and applicable to health care services provided on or after July 1, 2023.En.
