Section 37-3-201 - Organization(1)(a) The board shall elect from among its members a president, vice-president, and secretary.(b) The board shall adopt a seal on which appear the words "The Board of Medical Examiners of Montana" and "Official Seal".(2) The board shall establish a screening panel for disciplinary matters as provided for in 37-1-307.Amended by Laws 2015, Ch. 154, Sec. 4, eff. 7/1/2015.En.
