Section 37-19-704 - Cremation authorization required - identification(1) Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a crematory may not cremate human remains until it has received a cremation authorization.(2) A crematory may not accept unidentified human remains.(3) Appropriate identification must be placed upon the exterior of the cremation container upon receipt of the human remains.En.
