Section 35-6-101 - Applicability to corporations presently in default(1) The secretary of state may initiate procedures consistent with this chapter to dissolve nonprofit corporations organized under Title 35, chapters 2 and 3.(2) Administrative dissolution of corporations organized under Title 35, chapters 4 and 9 or chapter 14, is governed by 35-14-1420 through 35-14-1423.(3) As used in 35-6-103 and 35-6-104, "defaulting corporation" does not include a corporation organized under Title 35, chapters 4 and 9 or chapter 14.Amended by Laws 2019, Ch. 271,Sec. 247, eff. 6/1/2020.En. 15-2706 by Sec. 6, Ch. 455, L. 1977; R.C.M. 1947, 15-2706.
