Mont. Code § 35-5-202
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
Whenever a business trust has complied with the filing requirements as provided in 35-5-201, the secretary of state shall issue to a domestic business trust a certificate of organization or to a foreign business trust a license to do business in this state, and the business trust may thereupon commence business.
