Section 35-18-502 - Fees to be charged by secretary of state(1) The secretary of state shall charge and collect a fee for each of the following: (a) filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation;(b) filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment;(c) filing articles of consolidation or merger and issuing a certificate of consolidation or merger;(d) filing articles of conversion and issuing a certificate of conversion;(e) filing a certificate of election to dissolve and issuing a certificate of election to dissolve;(f) filing articles of dissolution and issuing a certificate of dissolution; and(g) filing a certificate of change of principal office and issuing a certificate of change of principal office.(2) Fees pursuant to this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.En.
