Section 35-14-747 - Applicability to foreign corporations

In any derivative proceeding in the right of a foreign corporation, the matters covered by 35-14-740 through 35-14-747 are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the foreign corporation except 35-14-743, 35-14-745, and 35-14-746.
