Section 35-14-501 - Registered office and agent - domestic and registered foreign corporations(1) Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered office and a registered agent in compliance with Title 35, chapter 7.(2) As used in this part, "corporation" means both a domestic corporation and a registered foreign corporation.Added by Laws 2019, Ch. 271,Sec. 42, eff. 6/1/2020.
