Section 35-14-1504 - Amendment of foreign registration statementA registered foreign corporation shall sign and deliver to the secretary of state for filing an amendment to its foreign registration statement if there is a change in:
(1) its name or alternate name;(2) its jurisdiction of formation unless its registration is determined to have been withdrawn under 35-14-1508 or transferred under 35-14-1510; or(3) an address required by 35-14-1503(3).Added by Laws 2019, Ch. 271,Sec. 206, eff. 6/1/2020.
