Section 35-14-122 - Filing - service - copying fees(1) The secretary of state shall establish fees for: (a) the filing of documents delivered to the secretary of state as required by this part;(b) issuing certificates and statements as required by this part; and(c) copying and transmitting documents, priority handling, and responding to requests for information.(2) Fees authorized under this section must be set and deposited in accordance with 2-15-405.Added by Laws 2019, Ch. 271,Sec. 5, eff. 6/1/2020.
