Mont. Code § 35-12-1105
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
If a partner dies, the deceased partner's personal representative or other legal representative may exercise the rights of a transferee as provided in 35-12-1107 and, for the purpose of settling the estate, may exercise the rights of a current limited partner under 35-12-705.
