Mont. Code § 33-32-104
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
If any provision of this chapter is preempted by federal law or regulations as applied to any specific health care service, then the provision of this chapter that is preempted by federal law or regulations does not apply to that health care service but only to the extent of the preemption.
