Section 33-22-1320 - Liability of association members

An association member may not be held liable for the acts or omissions of the association board or the association membership.

§ 33-22-1320, MCA

Added by Laws 2019, Ch. 471,Sec. 13, eff. 4/30/2019, and applicable retroactively, within the meaning of 1-2-109, to premiums collected from health insurers on or after January 1, 2019.
