Mont. Code § 32-2-823
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A member of a mutual association incorporated under the laws of this state who is not a director may not inspect the books and records of the mutual association showing its transactions with a customer. A member may inspect the books and records of the mutual association as provided in 35-14-1602.
