Mont. Code § 32-1-513
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
On taking possession of the assets and business of the bank, the department shall, in addition to posting notice on the front door of the bank, also notify, personally, by mail or by wire, all corresponding banks and all persons or corporations known to be in possession of any of the estate of the bank.
