Section 32-1-112 - Applicability of corporation law(1) Except as provided in subsection (2), the provisions of Title 35, chapter 14, apply to banks unless a section in this title or a rule or order issued under this chapter is inconsistent with Title 35, chapter 14.(2) The provisions of 35-14-301, 35-14-302(4) through (10), 35-14-401(1), 35-14-621(2), Title 35, chapter 14, part 14, and 35-14-1601 do not apply to banks.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 23,Sec. 10, eff. 10/1/2023.Amended by Laws 2019, Ch. 271,Sec. 227, eff. 6/1/2020.En.
