Section 31-2-225 - When further security required

The district judge may, upon the judge's own motion or upon the application of any party in interest and on notice that the judge may direct to be given to the assignor, assignee, and surety, require further security to be given whenever, in the judge's judgment, the security afforded by the bond on file is not adequate.
