Section 3-1-1107 - Action by supreme court(1) The supreme court shall review the record of the proceedings and shall make such determination as it finds just and proper and may: (a) order censure, suspension, removal, or retirement of a judicial officer; or(b) wholly reject the recommendation.(2) Any hearing conducted before the supreme court relative to a recommendation by the commission, together with all papers pertaining to such recommendation, shall be accessible to the public.En.
