Section 3-1-125 - County to provide district court office space(1) Each county or consolidated city-county government shall provide office, courtroom, and other space for district court operations.(2) Costs of providing office, courtroom, and other space for district court operations are a district court expense within the meaning of 7-6-2511.En.
