Section 23-2-704 - Unlawful to endanger life or cause damage(1) It is unlawful for a passenger riding or using a passenger ropeway to endanger the life and safety of other persons or cause damage to passenger ropeway equipment.(2) A person who purposely or knowingly violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor.En.
