Mont. Code § 23-2-504
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
A copy of the rules adopted pursuant to this part and of any amendments thereto shall be filed in the office of the department and in the office of the secretary of state. Rules shall be published by the department in a convenient form and made easily available to all vessel operators.
