Mont. Code § 22-3-303
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The state of Montana is hereby authorized to receive gifts, legacies, and donations of money or other property for the erection or maintenance of the memorial building herein provided for, and all such gifts, legacies, and donations are hereby dedicated to such purpose.
