Section 20-9-225 - Definitions relating to interest assessmentAs used in 20-9-226 and 20-9-227, the following definitions apply:
(1) "Services" means the furnishing of labor, time, or effort, including construction services, purchased or contracted for by a school district.(2) "Supplies" means all personal property purchased, leased, or contracted for by a school district, including leases of equipment.
