Section 20-7-902 - Identification of gifted and talented children(1) A school district shall provide educational services to gifted and talented students that are commensurate to student needs and foster a positive self-image.(2) A school district shall provide structured support and assistance to teachers in identifying and meeting the diverse student needs of gifted and talented students and a framework for considering a full range of alternatives for addressing student needs.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 150,Sec. 1, eff. 7/1/2021.En Sec. 2, Ch. 310, L. 1979.
