Section 2-15-2602 - Public service commission - composition(1) There is a public service commission as provided in Title 69, chapter 1, part 1.(2) The composition, method of selection, and terms of office of members of the commission are as prescribed in Title 69, chapter 1, part 1.En. 82A-1702 by Sec. 1, Ch. 272, L. 1971; R.C.M. 1947, 82A-1702(part).
