Section 2-15-1764 - State electrical board(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a state electrical board.(2) The board consists of five members: (a) one master electrician;(b) one journeyman electrician;(c) one electrician who is a master licensed electrician or a licensed electrician who holds an unlimited electrical contractor license; and(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 620,Sec. 31, eff. 7/1/2023.Amended by Laws 2021, Ch. 289,Sec. 1, eff. 4/28/2021, and applicable retroactively, within the meaning of 1-2-109, for all appointments to the board made on or after January 1, 2021.(1) thru (3)En.
