Section 2-15-1753 - Board of clinical laboratory science practitioners(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of clinical laboratory science practitioners.(2) The board consists of five members: (a) four clinical laboratory science practitioners; and(3) The board is allocated to the department as provided in 2-15-121.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 620,Sec. 25, eff. 7/1/2023.En.
