Section 2-15-1741 - Board of psychologists
(1) In accordance with 37-1-123, there is a board of psychologists.
(2) The board consists of six members:
(a) two psychologists engaged in private practice;
(b) one psychologist engaged in public health;
(c) one psychologist engaged in the teaching of psychology;
(d) one behavior analyst; and
(e) one public member.
(3) The board is allocated to the department as prescribed in 2-15-121.
