Section 2-15-1706 - Commission for human rights - allocation - quasi-judicial(1) There is a commission for human rights.(2) The commission consists of five members appointed by the governor with the consent of the senate.(3) The commission is designated as a quasi-judicial board for the purposes of 2-15-124 and its members must be compensated and receive travel expenses as provided for in 2-15-124.(4) The commission is allocated to the department of labor and industry for administrative purposes only as provided in 2-15-121.En. 82A-1015 by Sec. 4, Ch. 283, L. 1974; amd.
