Section 19-17-202 - Reports of board(1) As soon as practical after the close of each fiscal year, the board shall file with the governor a report covering administration of the Volunteer Firefighters' Compensation Act for that fiscal year.(2) The report must include: (a) a statement of the accumulated cash and securities in the pension trust fund as certified by the state treasurer and the board of investments; and(b) the most recent published report of the actuary of the actuarial valuation of the assets and liabilities of the plan.En.
