Section 19-1-501 - Submission of plan and agreement

Each political subdivision of the state shall submit for approval by the department a plan and agreement between the state and the political subdivision for extending the benefits of Title II of the Social Security Act, in conformity with applicable provisions of the act, to employees of the political subdivision.
