Section 19-1-304 - Certification of referendum by governor

When the department receives satisfactory evidence that the conditions specified in section 218(d)(3) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 418(d)(3), have been met, the governor shall certify the results of the referendum to the commissioner of social security.
