Mont. Code § 17-1-203
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The notes shall bear interest at such rate as, in the judgment of the board of examiners, may be sufficient or necessary to effect the issuance and sale of the notes in the manner determined by the board of examiners upon recommendation of the department of administration.
