Section 16-6-307 - Consumption of alcoholic beverage on druggists' premises prohibited

No person within the state of Montana shall consume any alcoholic beverage on any premises where an alcoholic beverage is kept for sale by a druggist, nor shall any druggist permit any alcoholic beverage to be consumed on such premises.
