Section 16-3-212 - [Effective 7/1/2024] Brewers' or beer importers' sales to wholesalers lawfulA licensed or registered brewer may sell or deliver beer manufactured by the brewer to any licensed wholesaler. A licensed or registered beer importer may sell or deliver beer imported by the importer to any licensed wholesaler.
