Section 16-10-104 - Powers of department(1) In addition to the penalties and rights imposed and set forth in 16-10-402, the department shall enforce the provisions of this chapter.(2) The department has the power to adopt, amend, and repeal rules necessary to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter.En.
