Section 16-1-307 - State-allowed industry trade shows - rulemaking(1) The department may allow industry trade shows to allow alcoholic beverage manufacturers the ability to showcase alcoholic beverage products to industry trade show attendees. The department may partner with other state agencies to allow an industry trade show.(2) An alcoholic beverage manufacturer may: (a) using its own equipment, trucks, and employees or using a common carrier, deliver alcoholic beverages it produces from its premises to the industry trade show; and(b) provide samples of its products to attendees of the industry trade show in quantities established by the department.(3) The department may adopt rules to implement this section.(4) The department may only recoup administrative costs and may not endorse vendors for a trade show as provided in this section.Added by Laws 2023, Ch. 41,Sec. 1, eff. 10/1/2023.
