Section 515.560 - Debtor to file schedules, when1. Within thirty days after the date of appointment of a general receiver, the debtor shall file with the court and submit to the receiver the following schedules: (1) A true list of all of the known creditors and applicable regulatory and taxing agencies of the debtor, including the mailing addresses for each, the amount and nature of their claims, and whether their claims are disputed; and(2) A true list of all estate property, including the estimated liquidation value and location of the property and, if real property, a legal description thereof, as of the date of appointment of the receiver.2. The Missouri supreme court may from time to time prescribe by court rule the schedules to be filed in receiverships as the supreme court shall deem appropriate to the effective administrations of sections 515.500 to 515.665.Added by 2016 Mo.
