Section 513.010 - Levy and real estate defined1. The word "levy", as used in this chapter, shall be construed to mean the actual seizure of property by the officer charged with the execution of the writ.2. The term "real estate" as used in this chapter shall be construed to include all estate and interest in lands, tenements and hereditaments, including a manufactured home as defined in section 700.010, which is real estate as defined in subsection 7 of section 442.015.RSMo 1939 §§ 1338, 1339, A.L. 2010 S.B. 630
